Privacy Policy.


ASMA respects your privacy, and in the necessary training validation procedures and conduct of business, we will need to obtain information, about you.
ASMA will not sell or distribute any of this information, except in the processing of reports etc, required by Statutory Bodies.
RTO retention of information is done under the relevant guidelines.

Reports made be made from our information, but personal identifying features will be removed.
Statistical information on gender, age, location etc, may be use.

Refund Policy.

If ASMA or its co providers choses to cancel a course do to lack of enrolments, the student may receive a full refund or be allocated a place in a future class that is acceptable to them.

Students cancelling after receiving their workbooks, will receive a refund of fees paid less $50.00 for materials and administration. Or alternatively can be scheduled into another class.

Students withdrawing before receipt of Work books will receiving workbooks, will receive a refund of fees paid, less $20.00 for administration fees.


Club bookings are paid with one cheque and a deposit of $300.00 is payable, this is not refundable after 14 days prior to course date.
